Our ReStoked Program is Stoked’s buyback, trade-in, and consignment system — built to keep quality outdoor gear in use and out of landfills.
Whether you’re ready to sell something outright, trade it in for store credit, or let us sell it for you on consignment, we’ll make the process simple and fair.

We stand behind what we sell — and we’ll take it back when you’re done using it.
If you originally bought the item from us, it always qualifies for ReStoked, no matter how long it’s been. Bring it back whenever you’re ready, and we’ll make sure it finds its next adventure.
Ways to ReStoke Your Gear
1. Buyback / Trade-In
We buy gently used gear outright — no waiting for it to sell.
We evaluate your items, make an offer based on brand, condition, and resale value, and pay you on the spot.
Buyback Rates:

Cash: about 30–60% of expected resale value

Store Credit: about 40–70% of expected resale value

2. Consignment
Prefer to earn a higher payout? Let us sell your gear for you.
Once it sells, you get paid — simple as that.
Consignment Payouts:

60% of the selling price in cash

70% of the selling price in store credit
We handle pricing, merchandising, and all the legwork. Once your item sells, we pay you by check, Venmo, PayPal, or store credit.
3. How to Bring Gear In
Just stop by our store and head to the Consignment Counter in the back.

No appointment needed (please arrive at least 30 minutes before close).

Limit 30 items per drop-off.

Gear must be clean, functional, and ready to use.
Our staff will inspect your items — it may take anywhere from a couple of minutes to half an hour depending on how busy we are and how much you bring in.

What We Take
We’re into most outdoor and lifestyle gear, including:

Apparel (Patagonia, Cotopaxi, KAVU, Topo, etc.)

Footwear and sandals (Bedrock, Teva, Chaco)
-
Packs, tents, sleeping bags, and camp accessories
-
Cookware, paddles, and general outdoor gear
If it’s something you’d bring on an adventure, there’s a good chance we’ll take it.
What We Don’t Take
We can’t accept:

Dirty, broken, or incomplete items

Safety gear (helmets, climbing hardware, etc.)

Food, perishables, or apothecary products

Electric transport (Onewheel, Segway, Super73)

Pricing & Discount System
We price items based on brand, condition, and resale value — typically 30–50% below retail.
To keep gear moving, we apply monthly markdowns:

After 30 days → 10% off

After 60 days → 20% off
-
After 90 days → 30% off
-
After 120 days → 50% off
Items that haven’t sold after 150 days may be donated to a local nonprofit.
How You Get Paid

Cash Payouts: Venmo, or PayPal between the 1st-5thof each month for items sold in the previous month.

Store Credit: Available instantly — our staff can load it onto a reusable card for in-store or online use. Credit never expires.
Track Your Gear Online
When you consign with us, you’ll get a login link to your vendor account portal:

If you ever have login issues, just call or email us and we’ll help reset your account.
