Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns on any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a full refund to the original form of payment minus any shipping costs.
All items must have their original tags and packaging. We only replace items outside of our 14 day return window if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at stokeddsm@gmail.com.
After 14 days, you are eligible for store credit up to 30 days. We will, however, charge a 5% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy or deny refund for any item not within the stated guidelines.
Items purchased in store, but returned via Mail must be postmarked by the return deadlines to be considered timely returns and exchanges. Return shipping fees are to be handled by the customer. Please send returns to:

Stoked does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Stoked. Risk of loss and title for goods purchased from Stoked pass to you upon delivery of goods to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with your carrier for any lost or damaged shipments. Merchandise purchased online can also be returned to our store.

Holiday returns
Any order placed after November 15th will be eligible for return 14 days after December 25th ( January, 8th ).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), Apothecary items (such as candles and air fresheners), Electric Transportation (Such as Onewheel, Segway, and Super73), Cutlery/Kitchen items (such as Barebones, Benchmade). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
