Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. No worries. Here’s how returns work at Stoked:

You’ve got 30 days from when you get your order to send back any full-price, unworn, unwashed gear for a full refund (shipping costs not included). Just make sure everything still has its tags and original packaging.

After 30 days (and up to 60), we’re happy to offer store credit instead. Online orders have a small 8% restocking fee on returns/cancelations to help us cover processing. After 60 days, your item might still be eligible for our Buyback Program, where you can trade in used gear for store credit or cash — giving it a second life and keeping good stuff out of landfills.

If you’re mailing something back, make sure it’s postmarked within the return window. Return shipping is on you, but you’re always welcome to drop stuff off in person too.

We’re not responsible for lost packages without tracking or proof of delivery, so hang onto that receipt.


Sale & Used Items

All sale and used gear are final sale — those pieces have already lived a good story.
That said, sale and used items still qualify for our Buyback Program, so you can always bring them back later for store credit or cash if you’re ready to pass them on.


Holiday Returns

Buying gifts? No problem. Orders placed after November 15th can be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after Christmas (until January 24th).
After that, you’ll have until February 23rd to swap things out for store credit.


Damaged or Wrong Items

Stuff happens. If your order shows up damaged or you got the wrong thing, shoot us an email right away at stokeddsm@gmail.com so we can fix it fast.


What We Can’t Take Back

Some things just can’t be returned — like:

  • Perishables (food, plants, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care & apothecary (candles, skincare, etc.)

  • Electric rides (Onewheel, Segway, Super73)

  • Sharp stuff (Barebones, Benchmade)

  • Anything hazardous, flammable, or gassy

If you’re unsure, just ask us before sending it in.


Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange?
Send your original item back and place a new order once we’ve accepted the return. Quick and simple.


European Union Folks

If you’re in the EU, you’ve got 14 days to return or cancel for any reason — same deal: unused, tags on, original packaging, and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return lands at the shop and checks out okay, we’ll refund your original payment within 10 business days. Banks can be slow, so give it a bit.
